Gabrielle (right now exeptionally without her 6 children) in Berlin Kreuzberg, Germany. We have had the pleasure to talk to her shortly after her fabulous likable speech about business and blogging on the occasion of The Hive, the first european blog conference that took place just a week ago. Gabrielle alias Design Mom is blogging successfully for about 5 years now. Since a little while she and her family are living the dream of a house in the french countryside; they all moved to France. But soon there is going to be a vacation time and the Design Mom bunch is going to visit their old home town New York. Well, that is great of course, but still maybe a bit sad too. Since it will probably not be easy to leave again, even if the french country house dream is waiting.

Favorite spot with children? Together at the kitchen table.

Favorite spot without children? The Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt.

How have becoming a mom changed your style? Not at all.
